Terms of Service

These terms apply to Deepsoch (deepsoch.ai) and the tools on it: YT Enhancer and Deepsoch Talk. Using the service means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.

Your account

You sign in with Google, and that account is yours alone, so do not share it. You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in; if you think someone else has access, use Sign out everywhere immediately.

What you may upload

You must have the right to use every image you put in. Specifically, do not upload:

• a photograph of another person without their permission;
• any image of a child;
• sexual content, or anything depicting real violence;
• anything intended to deceive, such as impersonating a real person, fabricating an event, or passing a generated image off as a real photograph of someone;
• material you do not hold the rights to, or that is unlawful where you are.

We screen uploads and can pause generation on an account that breaks these rules. Serious or repeated breaches end the account.

Who owns what

You keep the rights to what you upload and to what the generator gives back. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store, process and transmit your files so that a result can be produced and shown to you. That licence ends when the file is deleted. We do not use your uploads to train models and we do not publish them.

Credits, plans and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and are charged through Razorpay or Cashfree. Every price and credit amount is decided by our servers, not by your browser.
• A plan is a prepaid term. It does not auto-renew and there is no mandate on your card, so nothing will charge you again unless you buy the next term yourself.
• Credits are granted only once the gateway confirms the payment. If money leaves your account and no credits arrive, our reconciler settles it automatically; if it does not, contact us with the payment reference.
• A generation that fails on our side is refunded in credits automatically. Credits are not exchangeable for money.
• The free daily allowance is a courtesy, not a purchase, and we may change it.

Cancelling

You can end your plan at any time from Account. Ending it early gives up the days you have already paid for and those are not refunded, which is why there is usually no reason to end a term early rather than letting it run out. Your credit balance goes to zero when the plan ends, whether you cancel it or let the term run out. Credits are part of the term, not a balance that outlives it. Your free daily allowance comes back.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where Indian consumer law requires otherwise, or where we charged you in error, such as a duplicate charge or a payment taken for something you never received. Write to us with the payment reference and we will look at it.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. Generation depends on GPU capacity and on third parties, so we do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular speed, or that any given result will be usable. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may take the site down for maintenance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for anything arising from how you use a generated image. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can close your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used to abuse the free allowance, or where we are required to. Closing an account deletes your generations permanently. See the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. Prices and plan contents can change, but never for a term you have already paid for.

Governing law and contact
