Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 August 2026

This policy covers Deepsoch (deepsoch.ai) and the tools on it: YT Enhancer and Deepsoch Talk. It describes what we hold about you, why, and how to get rid of it. Photographs of people are the most sensitive thing this product touches, so they are the part we are most specific about below. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), which is why some sections below use that Act’s own terms — you may see yourself called a “Data Principal” and us a “Data Fiduciary,” which just mean you and us.

What we collect

Why we hold it

To run the generator and show you your results; to count credits and enforce the free daily allowance; to take payment and give you receipts; to keep financial records that tax law requires us to keep; to investigate abuse and enforce the Terms of Service; and to send you the notifications you have switched on. We do not sell your data and we do not use your uploads to advertise to you.

Legal basis for processing

Most of what we do rests on your consent: you give it by signing in, and you can withdraw it at any time by closing your account, which stops the processing and deletes what consent covered (see “What you can do” below). A narrower slice does not need separate consent because the DPDP Act treats it as a “legitimate use” instead — specifically, keeping billing and tax records (GST/PAN details, invoices, payment history) that tax law requires us to retain, and processing needed to comply with a court order or investigate abuse of the service.

Who else sees it

Cross-border transfers

Some of the infrastructure above may process data outside India. The DPDP Act allows this by default — it restricts transfers only to countries the Central Government specifically names, and none have been named as of this policy’s last update. If that changes, we will update this section rather than continue as if it had not.

How long we keep it

Generations stay until you delete them or close your account. Billing records are kept even after closure, because tax law requires it, but they are detached from you first: closing your account replaces your email address with an irreversible token, so the receipts survive and the person behind them does not. Anti-abuse signals are short-lived by design.

Your rights, and what you can do here

The DPDP Act gives you the right to a summary of what we hold, to correct or complete it, to erase it, and to have a grievance heard and answered — most of which you can already do yourself, right now, without waiting on us:

Security

Sessions are signed cookies rather than shared secrets, and can be invalidated for your whole account at once. Payments are verified server-to-server against the gateway rather than trusted from your browser. No system is perfect, so if you think an account has been compromised, sign out everywhere first and then tell us.

If something goes wrong

If a personal data breach happens, we will notify the affected accounts and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and accounts must not be created by or for them. Do not upload a photograph of a child.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we do with data we already hold, the date at the top changes and we will say so in the product rather than quietly editing the page.

Grievance Officer

Under the DPDP Act, this is who to contact about anything above — a question, a rights request, or a complaint about how we have handled one:

Grievance Officer, Deepsoch AI
support@deepsoch.ai
3rd Floor, 40, 14th Main Rd, Beside Mc Donald's, 7th Sector, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560102, India

We aim to acknowledge and resolve grievances as quickly as we reasonably can. You can also reach us through the contact form, which reaches the same inbox.
